Throughout the Old Testament, amid trial and persecution, we hear the voice of hope proclaimed loud and clear as Israel longed for a savior. Hope led the people out of slavery; it led them through the wilderness and into the Promised Land. Despite persecution by neighboring nations, hope prompted God’s people to look heavenward as they sought to draw near to God. And in the New Testament we find hope made flesh in Christ Jesus. Today we ask – where is your Hope? And what does your hope lead you to do?
